Hard foam – HL brand polyurethane foam

HL (High Load) is a solid polyurethane foam with a high load-bearing capacity and a density of 25-40 kg/m³. This is a certain modification of the EL grade of foam (which has increased rigidity). High-stiffness foam is used to make furniture, mattresses, and seats. And the stiffness depends on the density. This is a practical material that is often used to create sleeping places designed for people with a lot of weight.

What kind of HL foam can be ordered from Highfoam?

Highfoam offers HL foam in different densities:

HL 2550 – used for the production of seats with a load of up to 80 kg, and mattresses – up to 100 kg. The apparent density is 25±1 kg/m3.
HL 2860 is indispensable for the manufacture of seats that can withstand loads up to 80 kg and mattresses up to 120 kg. Apparent density – 28±1 kg/m3.
HL4065 – is chosen for seats with a load of up to 120 kg and mattresses with a load of up to 180 kg. The apparent density is 40±1 kg/m3.

Foam of greater rigidity is often combined with softer ST foam.
